Connect your channels

Connect each social account to a workspace on the Connections screen: sign in and allow, or paste the key the channel gives you. Then check that it shows as healthy.

Steps

  1. Step 1 Open Connections and pick the workspace

Open Connections in the dashboard sidebar. A channel connects to one workspace. With more than one workspace, pick it with the workspace picker at the top first; the all-workspaces view has nowhere to attach a channel.

  2. Step 2 Pick the channel

Click New connection at the top and pick the channel. With nothing connected yet, Connect account in the middle opens the same panel. A workspace holds one account per platform, so a channel already connected there is marked Connected.

  3. Step 3 Sign in and allow, or paste a key

Most channels send you to their own sign-in page. Sign in with the account you want to post to and allow every permission it asks for; turning one off can stop features such as direct messages later.

A few channels have no sign-in page and give you a key or address to paste instead. The table below says which.

  4. Step 4 Check that it is healthy

Back on Connections, the new account shows as Healthy. You can publish to it now, from your agent or from the compose screen.

If an account later says Token expired or asks to be reconnected, click Reconnect and sign in to the same account again. The connection is refreshed and nothing is lost.
