Delete your data
How to remove your account and everything attached to it.
Last updated 2026-08-10
You can delete the data uplika holds at any time. If you can sign in, doing it yourself is fastest.
Delete it yourself
Sign in
Sign in to uplika.
Open settings
Go to Settings at the bottom left of the dashboard.
Delete account
Press delete account and type the confirmation phrase. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@uplika.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete it. We verify it is you first, and delete within 30 days of confirming.
Telling us which account it is (the sign-up email, the username of a channel you connected) makes that verification faster.
What gets removed
| What | When | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Account and profile | Immediately | Email, name, profile image, phone number. |
| Sign-in methods | Immediately | Google and GitHub links, password hash, every session. |
| Identity records | Immediately | Send history and code hashes. |
| Channel connections | Immediately | Connected social accounts and their access tokens. Posts already published stay on the channel. |
| Publishing history, metrics, API keys, workspace | Immediately | Deleted with the account. |
| Agent approvals | Immediately | Every token issued to an AI agent you connected stops working. |
| Attached images | Immediately | Removed from storage (Backblaze B2) as well. Deleting only our records would strip the last reference to the file and leave it there forever. |
| Request logs | Within 30 days | Kept for incident tracing for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically. |
