Terms of Service

The service

uplika provides an API and dashboard for publishing posts and media to the social channels you connect, plus an MCP server that AI agents talk to.

Publishing happens on your instruction. It makes no difference whether you give that instruction yourself or an agent you connected gives it.

Your account

Signing up requires both email verification and phone identity verification. You need both before you can use the dashboard. If you do not finish both within 24 hours the attempt is deleted automatically, and that email address and number become available again.

One account per person. Splitting across accounts to get around free-plan limits is a breach of these terms.

Keeping your credentials and API keys safe is your responsibility. If you suspect a leak you can revoke them from the dashboard immediately.

Pricing

Subscriptions renew on the billing date. If you cancel you drop to the free plan at the next renewal; we do not refund time already elapsed.

What you publish

The rights to, and responsibility for, the posts and media you publish are yours. uplika passes them to the channels you connected and does not claim ownership.

Each channel has its own policies. uplika cannot prevent a channel from restricting your account for breaching them.

Not allowed

Spam, impersonation, bulk automated account creation, and using the service to work around a channel's own terms. We may suspend an account without notice where we find this.

Changes and shutdown

We may add or change features. When we change an API contract that is already published, we change the documentation first and tell you.

If we shut the service down we give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.

Who operates uplika

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute is brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
