Write, schedule and see your posts on a calendar

Write a post once, send it to several channels, adjust each channel, then publish now or schedule it. Scheduled posts leave from uplika's server on their own.

Steps

  1. Step 1 Open the compose screen

Open Write a post in the dashboard sidebar. You can also ask your agent to post; this screen is for when you want to write it yourself.

  2. Step 2 Pick the channels

Under Where, check the channels to post to. A channel that needs reconnecting is locked and says why.

  3. Step 3 Write once and add media

Write the post under Body. Drop photos or a video onto the screen, or pick files.

Preview shows how each channel is likely to show it. A prediction. The channel decides the final look.

  4. Step 4 Fill every channel, then adjust one

Click Apply all. Puts the body in every channel and fills the settings that follow from the files and the text. Locked channels are skipped.

Under Per channel, a channel can have its own text. Leave empty and the shared body goes out as is. Fields marked Needs input must be filled before you can send.

  5. Step 5 Publish now or schedule

Under When, choose Publish now, Schedule or Save as draft, then click the button at the bottom.

A scheduled time uses your browser's time zone. Pick a time at least 10 minutes from now. Pick a time within a year. uplika's server sends it at that time, so your computer can be off. Naver Blog is the exception: it is written by the browser extension, so that browser has to be open.

  6. Step 6 Check scheduled posts and the calendar

Scheduled lists posts that have not gone out yet. Each one has Publish now, Change time, Edit and Cancel.

Calendar shows everything by date: published, scheduled, drafts and failed posts.

If you get stuck

Try it on your own accounts

Connect a channel, add uplika to the agent you already use, and ask it to post. No card to start.
