Connect your AI agent to uplika
Add uplika to the agent you already use with the server address, approve it in your browser, and check that it is connected. No API key to paste.
Steps
Step 1 Open the MCP screen and pick your agent
Open MCP in the dashboard sidebar. It has a tab for each agent: Codex 路 ChatGPT 路 Claude 路 Claude Code 路 OpenClaw 路 Hermes, and Other agents for the rest. Pick the one you use.
Step 2 Add uplika in the agent
Claude: click Add to Claude. Claude opens its add window with the name and address filled in. Press Add.
ChatGPT: On ChatGPT's Plugins page, press Add (+) at the top right and choose Add custom MCP server. Name it uplika and paste this address as the Server URL. Keep OAuth, tick "I understand and want to continue" and press Create as a plugin. In the window that follows, continue to uplika to sign in.
Claude Code, Codex and other agents with a terminal: click Copy prompt and paste it into the agent. The agent adds the server and walks you through auth.
Step 3 Approve in your browser
The agent opens uplika's approval screen in your browser. Sign in if it asks. The top line says which uplika account you are connecting; if it is the wrong one, choose Sign in with another account.
Under Channels the agent posts to, check the channels, then click Allow and continue. If no channel is connected yet, the button reads Allow and stays locked, so connect one on that screen first.
This authorization covers the whole account. The agent can post to every workspace. The choice below only decides where a new channel is attached.
Step 4 Check that it is connected
Ask your agent: "Show my connected channels with uplika." It lists the channels you approved. Each agent also has its own check, in the table below.
Your approved agents show under Approved clients on the MCP screen. You can revoke this any time from the MCP screen.
