Find, retry and delete sent posts

Everything sent from the dashboard, by your agent or through the API is in Sent, one line per channel. Find a post, read why a channel failed, send it again, or delete it from the channel.

Steps

  1. Step 1 Open Sent

Open Sent in the dashboard sidebar. A post that went to several channels takes one line per channel, so each channel shows its own status.

Posts that have not gone out yet are not here. Drafts and scheduled posts are under Scheduled.

  2. Step 2 Find a post

Type in Search content to search the text. On the right, narrow the list with All platforms, All channels, All dates and All statuses. When you view all workspaces, All workspaces narrows by workspace too. Clear filters puts everything back.

Deleted posts are hidden until you pick Deleted in the status menu. Only the most recent are shown. Narrow the search or use the API with paging to see more.

  3. Step 3 Read the status and open the details

A line that says Failed shows the reason right under the text, so you do not have to open anything. A line that says Published has View, which opens the post on the channel.

Click the text of a post to open Post details. It shows every channel the post went to, and once the post is out, Engagement and the replies for channels that report them. You can answer a reply there, or hide it on channels that allow hiding.

  4. Step 4 Send a failed channel again

Retry appears on a failed line only when trying again can work. It sends again every channel of that post that failed. Channels where the post is already up are not posted twice.

When the reason says to change something, such as text that is too long or a file the channel does not take, there is no Retry. Open Post details and click Write again: it opens Write a post with the same content filled in, so you can fix it and send it as a new post.

For a Naver post whose draft may already be saved, Retry asks first: Check your Naver drafts first. Look in your Naver drafts, and click Send again only if it is not there.

  5. Step 5 Delete a post

In Post details, click Delete post. The window asks Delete this post? and warns: It is removed from the channel too. This cannot be undone. If a channel limits deletions per day, the same window says how many. Click Delete to go ahead.

uplika deletes the post from every channel it went to, then keeps the line as Deleted. Some channels cannot delete through uplika, or only for accounts connected a certain way. If any channel of the post is one of them, nothing is deleted and the message says so; delete it in that channel's app. What each channel supports on the Connections screen shows which channels can delete.

A line marked Disconnected belongs to an account you disconnected. Its post is still on the channel. Reconnect the same account, and you can retry or delete it again.

What each status means

StatusWhat it means
PublishedThe post is up on that channel.
PublishingThe channel is still taking the post. Video takes longer while the channel processes it.
Waiting for extensionA Naver post waits for a browser where the uplika extension is on.
Partly publishedSome channels have the post and others do not.
FailedThe post did not go out on that channel. The reason is under the text.
DeletedYou deleted the post. It is gone from the channel and only the record stays.

If you get stuck
